- Products made with live flowers are non-refundable and considered final sale.
- This policy ensures the freshness and integrity of our products, which cannot be resold once delivered or handled.
Exchange Policy
We understand that issues may arise. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You must email finchgiftshop@gmail.com with:
- A clear photograph of the product.
- An explanation of the issue.
- Exchanges must be picked up at our store location.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been prepared.
