We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, including Uptown, Midtown, Downtown Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Newmarket, Markham, Aurora, Brampton, Mississauga, and other surrounding areas.

• Local deliveries start at $10 for locations within 5 km of our shop.
• For every additional 10 km, an extra $2 is charged.
• The maximum delivery fee is $19.99 within our service radius.
• For locations beyond 10 km, a minimum order of $49.99 is required.

We offer two convenient delivery slots:

• Early Slot: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Afternoon Slot: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

While we strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, deliveries are scheduled within our two time slots based on location. We recommend placing your order early for the best chance of meeting your preferred timing.

Yes, a legal adult must be available to receive the delivery unless a concierge service is accessible. If no one is available, we cannot guarantee the condition of the flowers upon redelivery.

Please provide the following details at checkout:

• Type of Residence: Condo, Apartment, or House
• If Condo/Apartment: Concierge availability and buzz code
• Unit Number
• Recipient’s Name and Phone Number

• Orders can be canceled for a 15% restocking fee if they have not yet been prepared.
• Once the product has been prepared, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Due to the perishable nature of live flowers, all sales are final. However, we offer exchanges for defective or unsatisfactory products if a request is made within 24 hours. Email finchgiftshop@gmail.com with a photograph and explanation for review.
